I’m Pankaj Singh Mathur—born and raised in New Delhi, now building my life and mission in Canada.

I’m an MBA with 5+ years in sales and management, currently working at one of Canada’s top banks. Before that, I spent five intense years preparing for UPSC-CSE. I didn’t clear it, but it forged my discipline, communication, and obsession with real growth. In 2021, I moved to Canada, reset my path, and saw a hard truth: for years I was chasing other people’s goals and external validation.

I’ve turned that lesson into my purpose.

Today, I help students and young professionals stop drifting and start designing their futures—on purpose. I teach practical career strategy, communication, and modern tools (including AI) with a clear, older-brother mindset: no fluff, just the habits, systems, and decisions that actually move you forward.
